Republican Harriet Hageman tonight was elected as Wyoming’s lone member of the U.S. House of Representatives, capping a campaign in which she said the state needs someone in Congress to fight against the intrusive federal government.

When I get to Congress, I will put Wyoming and America first in all things, and I hope to join a strong, conservative Republican majority to set those priorities.”
